Unlike traditional 100% cocoa chocolate bars, this chocolate offers a naturally balanced taste thanks to 27% cocoa fruit flakes, which are made from the cocoa pulp surrounding the cocoa beans. This pulp is usually discarded after harvesting, but here it is carefully dried and transformed into cocoa fruit flakes, giving the chocolate a pleasant fruity sweetness that comes entirely from the cocoa fruit itself.
