Ingredients

Dough 51% (cornstarch, rice flour, vegetable fibers (psyllium, bamboo), whole grain rice flour, lentil flour, dextrose, thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, whole MILK, butter (MILK), EGG, bamboo fibers, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), salt). Filling 49% (spinach (23%), feta cheese PDO (pasteurized sheep's (70%) & goat's (30%) MILK, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet) (62%), anthotyro cheese (pasteurized WHEY from sheep and goat MILK, sheep and goat MILK cream, salt) (25%), EGG, olive oil, salt).
