Preparation

20 g mashed potato mix (3 level tablespoons)

70 ml water and 70 ml milk or plant-based drink

1 teaspoon oil or butter

Salt

Preparation instructions:

1. Pour 70 ml of water and 70 ml of milk or plant-based beverage into a small saucepan and heat until boiling.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add 20 g (1 sachet) of puree mix to the hot liquid and stir.

3. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of oil or butter and a pinch of salt.

4. Wait 1 minute and then stir vigorously with a whisk.

The mixture is sufficient for 1 serving.
