Konjac has been consumed in Asian countries for centuries and is known for its amazing health benefits due to fiber called glucomannan, which acts effectively against obesity, cholesterol, blood pressure and digestive problems. Step 1 -Drain water from pack and rinse noodles under cold water.

Weight loss is obtained with a daily intake of 3g glucomannan in three doses of 1g each (33g Pasta provides 1g glucomannan), together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals as part of a calorie controlled diet.
