Dove's Organic Self Raising Wholemeal Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using very finely stoneground soft English wheat grain, with rising agents. This 100% wholemeal flour will make surprisingly light cakes. Suitable for vegetarians & vegans. All of Dove's flours are unbleached.
